Kirsty is a Solicitor in our Private Client Department, specialising in a range of Court of Protection matters including applications for financial matters, personal welfare Deputyship Orders and extension of authority for Deputies and Attorneys when acting in these roles.
Kirsty also has extensive experience of managing clients’ financial affairs under Deputyship Orders and Lasting Powers of Attorney, in advising about care fee funding – as well as in the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Kirsty also prepares wills, makes applications for Grants of Representation and deals with estate administration.
Kirsty has obtained the STEP diploma in Advising Vulnerable Clients and is a Dementia Champion through the Alzheimer’s Society. Her empathetic and supportive manner with clients has grown her reputation in this area of work.
