A Will is more than a legal document, it protects your legacy and your loved ones and ensuring that it aligns with your life after marriage isn’t just sensible, it’s essential.
It may be your legal right to extend the lease on your flat. Giles Wilson can advise you on your options and act on your behalf to ensure the process is completed efficiently.
If you have owned your flat for at least two years and meet other qualifying criteria, you are legally entitled to extend the lease of your residential flat by 90 years at a fair market price. However, this relatively straightforward process can turn into an extremely costly affair if you are not aware of the circumstances surrounding your property and your lease.
Our dedicated property solicitors can advise you on whether you need to extend your lease and how quickly you need to do it. And when the time comes, our solicitors can be brought on to handle all of the paperwork, ensuring the process runs smoothly. We also have experienced solicitors who deal on behalf of the Landlord, helping you reach a favourable outcome from an investment perspective.
Whether you live in London, Essex or anywhere across the South East, you can rely on us to handle your lease extension.
Our knowledgeable solicitors guarantee a smooth lease extension process – a service available to residents in London, Essex and across the South East.

The expertise of our solicitors is regularly recognised by some of the profession’s most distinguished organisations. As well as being a member of a number of Law Society schemes, we have won awards at the Law Society Excellence Awards, the Halsbury Legal Awards and the Modern Law Awards.
We have also received recognition in the form of the Lexcel mark of quality, a Legal 500 listing and a place on the shortlist of The Lawyer’s Boutique Firm of the Year.
